1. Agency & Digital Marketing Services
Before work commences:
If you request a cancellation before any work has begun, you are entitled to a full refund of any deposit paid, provided the request is made within 14 days of payment.
After work has commenced:
If work has begun, refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis reflecting the work completed at the time of cancellation. The remaining balance (if any) will be refunded within 14 business days.
Completed deliverables:
Work that has been completed and delivered to you is non-refundable. This includes approved designs, published campaigns, completed development work, and written content that has been accepted.
How to request:
Email support@proceedinteractive.com with your invoice number and reason for cancellation. We will respond within 2 business days.
2. SaaS Products (appinions.com · mylink.ie · qrcodemaker.eu)
Our SaaS products operate on a subscription basis and each has its own refund policy detailed on its respective website. In general:
- A 30-day money-back guarantee applies to all new subscriptions
- Cancellations made within 30 days of the initial subscription date are eligible for a full refund
- Refunds are not available after 30 days of the subscription period
- Cancellation stops future billing but does not trigger a refund for the current billing period after 30 days
To cancel a SaaS subscription, go to your account dashboard and select “Cancel Subscription”, or contact the support team of the respective product.
3. EU Consumer Rights
As a company registered in Cyprus (European Union), we comply with the EU Consumer Rights Directive. Consumers in the EU have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from digital service contracts. By expressly requesting that services commence within the 14-day withdrawal period and acknowledging this in writing, you agree that the right of withdrawal no longer applies once service delivery has begun.
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days and returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refund under any circumstances:
- Third-party costs paid on your behalf (ad spend, stock image licenses, domain registrations, hosting fees)
- Rush fees or priority service charges
- Work completed and approved by you in writing
- Consultation or strategy fees once the session has taken place
6. Disputes
If you are dissatisfied with a refund decision, please contact us at support@proceedinteractive.com. We will review your case within 5 business days and aim to resolve all disputes fairly. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes are subject to the governing law of the Republic of Cyprus.
